Math: Today in math we worked with 3 D shapes again.  Today we talked about how many faces each 3 D shape has.  We added a smiley sticker to each flat part of a shape.  These are called faces.  Ask your child to name a cone, sphere, cylinder and cube.

Writer's Workshop:  Today we worked on stretching out the sounds we hear in words.  We stretched out our bubble gum and used our brave kindergarten spelling.

WE HAD MUSIC TODAY!

Reading/Phonics: Today was our Day 2 of letter P.  We reviewed the letters we have already learned and reviewed beginning sounds of words.

Handwriting: Today we worked on the letter C.
