Last Wednesday in the envelope was a little baggie with a blue sheet of paper in it. This is a project we are doing school wide to help out the country of Haiti. It's called Create Change. For every $50 that is raised a goat can be purchased for a family. This goat will help each family immensely. We are having competition between the primary and intermediate hallways to see which hallway can raise the most change. If you want to participate, please send in any spare change in the baggie and I will deposit it into the primary jug. There will be a prize for the hallway that donates the most! Money will be collected January 20-30th.
HAT DAY! Children will be able to wear a hat on Friday the 23rd if they send in $1.00 to add to our Create Change buckets. This is a great way to do something to help others less fortunate.
