A Peek at the Week...

I'm having a little difficulty getting some pictures added so I will do that as soon as I can!


A few fun dates coming up...

NO SCHOOL Friday April 14th
STEAM presentation at school April 19th
Kindergarten Music concert-April 27th
May 9th-Late start
May 11th- Class picture day and our Fieldtrip to Stages Theatre!  We will take our class picture right away in the morning before we leave.  Watch for a field trip permission slip coming home next Wednesday.
Track and Field Day- Friday May 26th
NO SCHOOL-May 29th-Memorial Day
Last day of School and Kindergarten Graduation-Friday June 2nd!
(Our K graduation will be in the afternoon)

Math: This week we worked on number bonds as well as fair/share, equal parts.  We will also continue our study of number bonds.  

Reading/Phonics: 

Snap words: will and use, your and words

Word families: it and ot, ug, are, ing

Reading Strategy: Skippy the Frog, Flippy Dolphin, Tryin' Lion

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch in the classroom because of our Spring Break homework.  Thanks for supporting your child!
